Joe currently serves as a volunteer coach with both Holy Ghost Prep High School and Lower Bucks Lacrosse Girls programs, in spite of his hectic travel schedule.
Prior to his involvement with Holy Ghost Prep, Joe led the Notre Dame Irish Boys High School Lacrosse program to two state tournament appearances in 2005 and 2006, and had over a dozen players named to the All-County and New Jersey All-State teams. He was voted his division's "Coach of the Year" in 2005 and the media's choice for Central Jersey's Coach of the Year in 2006.
Prior to stepping up to the rigors of coaching at the high school level, Joe spent 6 years coaching 7th and 8th grade boys for Lower Bucks Lacrosse from 1999 – 2004, and 5th – 6th grade boys in 2009.
A native of Maryland and introduced to lacrosse at a young age, he honed his lacrosse talents at top-ranked, prep-school power-house, Calvert Hall College High School in Towson, MD and continued his career at a nearby Towson State University as an attackman.
When not coaching, Joe still enjoys donning his equipment and playing for Bucks County’s Master/Grand Master team, Bucks Lacrosse Club
